The Triumvirate operates through three interdependent departments: Education, Healthcare, and Housing. They are designed to function as a coordinated system rather than separate programs. Housing provides stable living environments with integrated clinics and nearby schools, ensuring residents can access care and learning without structural barriers. Education builds the knowledge and skills that support personal autonomy and community participation. Healthcare sustains well-being through accessible, comprehensive services. Together, these departments reinforce one another, creating practical conditions in which stability, health, and learning are mutually supported and human dignity is materially upheld.
